About Us - Eventive Co-Working Space

Enjoy a Free Day On Us

Eventive CoWorking Space was founded by Wyvonne Brown and Billie Bailey with a simple vision:

to create a place in Downtown Fairfield where people could work, connect, create, and come together under one roof.

We wanted Eventive to be flexible enough for real life — a place to get work done, meet with a client, work on an idea, or simply connect with someone. And when the workday is over, a space where people can gather, celebrate, and share something together.

Wyvonne and Billie

On June 8, 2026, Eventive officially opened its doors at 726 Texas Street in Downtown Fairfield — creating a space for entrepreneurs, remote professionals, small businesses, organizations, and our local community.

Since then, we’ve loved seeing people make the space their own; from an ordinary workday or client meeting to a workshop, celebration, or new connection. That’s exactly what Eventive was created for.

A place to connect, create, and collaborate right here in Downtown Fairfield.

What we believe?

More than space. It’s what happens inside it.
Eventive was built around a simple idea: the right space can change the way people work, connect and come together.

Space with Purpose

Made to be used,
not just looked at.

Some days you need a desk and a quiet place to focus. Other days, you need a room for a meeting, a workshop, or an event. Eventive gives you the flexibility to choose the space that works for your day.

Hospitality

You should feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

We care about the little things like having the space ready, making sure you have what you need, and being here to help when you need us.

Connection

Good things happen when people have a place to come together.

Sometimes that means meeting someone new. Other times, it’s catching up over coffee, sharing an idea, or simply working alongside others. We wanted Eventive to be a place that makes room for all of that.

Everyone Belongs Here

There’s no one way to use Eventive.

You might be here to finish a workday, meet with a client, host your team, teach a class, celebrate something special, or attend a community event. Whatever brings you in, we want you to feel comfortable being here.
