Another Successful Event is a flexible space provider offering coworking, meeting spaces, and event venues across Northern California. Each location is designed with a clear purpose while remaining adaptable to different needs.
Do you have more than one location?
Yes. ASE currently operates two locations:
• Fairfield, CA – Primarily a coworking space with weekend event availability
• Richmond, CA – A dedicated event venue
Each location serves different purposes, which helps us deliver a better experience for both work and events.
Can I tour the space before booking?
Yes. Tours are available by appointment for both locations. We highly recommend scheduling a tour before booking offices or events.

Is ASE Fairfield a coworking space?
Yes. ASE Fairfield is primarily a coworking and workspace location, offering hourly workspace access, day passes, memberships, private offices, and meeting rooms.
What days is coworking available in Fairfield?
Coworking and workspace access is available Monday through Friday. Meeting rooms may also be available on select weekends depending on availability.
Do you offer private offices in Fairfield?
Yes. ASE Fairfield offers both semi-private and dedicated private offices, available on weekly or monthly terms.
Can I rent a meeting or conference room in Fairfield?
Yes. Meeting and conference rooms are available for hourly or daily rental and can be booked directly based on availability.
Are memberships required to cowork at Fairfield?
No. Memberships are optional. You can cowork using hourly access, a day pass, or weekly options without committing to a monthly plan.

Can I host an event at ASE Fairfield?
Yes. ASE Fairfield is available for events on weekends. During the week, the space operates primarily as a coworking environment.

ASE Richmond is a dedicated event venue designed exclusively for celebrations and gatherings.
Is coworking available at the Richmond location?
No. Coworking and workspace options are not available at the Richmond location.

Richmond is ideal for:

Yes. ASE Fairfield offers light breakfast and snack options available for purchase. Event catering options may be coordinated separately depending on the event.
Is setup and breakdown included?
Basic setup and breakdown are included for most events. Custom layouts or extended setup time may incur additional fees.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Events typically require a deposit to secure the date. Details will be provided during the booking process.
Are there any restrictions on events?
All events must comply with capacity guidelines, noise policies, and local regulations. Specific restrictions will be discussed during the inquiry process.
